How to add a mail account?

  1. Click on Mail.
  2. Click on Add / Remove accounts.
  3. Click on Add Account.
  4. Enter the account information as explained below.

    • Email: Enter the name of the email address you wish to create and select the domain name that you wish the email address to be created in.
    • Password: Enter the password you wish to assign to the account.
    • Quota (optional): Enter the quota, in megabytes, you wish to assign to the new email account, if any.

    • Example: If you wish to create bob@bobcompany.com, you would enter bob in the field and you would select bobcompany.com in the list.

  5. Click on the Create button.
